Gather in a place where sea meets sand. With its own private stretch of child-friendly beach, our five-bedroom, three-bath White Cottage is an exceptional place to be together. For this modern take on a traditional beach cottage, we brought in statement décor to complement open, sea-view living spaces. A wall of windows surveys the pool, the gentle beach and a newly built 100ft private dock with cabana. Meanwhile, outdoor living areas, including a spacious screened lanai welcome you after a day in the sun.

With room for 11, every family member will have their space. Five bedrooms include two first-floor, oceanfront masters that open to the lanai. One offers its own en-suite bath, while the other shares a bath with a garden bunk-room that will delight three young guests (and keep them close). Upstairs, two thoughtful queen-size bedrooms share a hallway bath.

* First Floor: Great room with living area, dining, and fully outfitted kitchen. Great room seamlessly leads out to screened lanai with second dining table.
VILLA LOCATION and BEACH:
* White Cottage is located in Frank Sound on the south side of the island. Guests will enjoy the peacefulness and convenience of this central location. Rum Point/Cayman Kai and the charming village of East End are only about 20 minutes away Seven Mile Beach is about 30 minutes away.
* White Cottage is approximately 35 minutes from the airport and you will pass multiple grocery and liquor stores along the way. Grocery delivery and pre-stocking are available and the closest large grocery store is about 15 minutes from the villa. The famous Lighthouse Restaurant is less than 5 minutes away.
* The beach at White Cottage is wide and has soft sand. The offshore reef means the water is calm and perfectly suited for young children. Swimming and snorkeling are possible behind the villa, but the water can be shallow and there is turtle grass. You may want to wear water shoes when entering the water (not necessary on the beach!).Take advantage of the Kayak and SUP and explore the crystal clear calm waters and gorgeous shoreline.
