Our comfortable, family friendly and spacious villa is located on a large corner plot within the prestigious Orange Tree neighbourhood.

Orange Tree is an upmarket development with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and local attractions just a few minutes drive away. There is a tennis court, basketball court , playing field, soccer pitch and two children's playgrounds all free for your use and within a 2 minute walk of our villa. The tree lined streets are well lit at night and the sidewalks are also perfect for your morning jog. The local Publix Supermarket is also within walking distance.

Our spacious and relaxing villa is air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa has a very large master bedroom with patio doors and direct access to the pool, a second double bedroom with en-suite which also leads out onto the pool area and two twin rooms with a shared 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms and the family room have flat screen TVS. The large south facing pool is set in a stunning, sheltered courtyard setting and benefits from all day sunshine. It also has a large covered lanai for shade which is also the perfect place to sit and relax in the evening after a busy day at the theme parks! There are plenty of loungers, a table and chairs available to relax and enjoy the pool area. For the comfort of our guests this is a non-smoking property (smoking is permitted outdoors). Our villa is located just off Highway 27 so allowing easy access for all the attractions Orlando and Florida has to offer. Disney is a 15 minute drive away, for golfing enthusiasts there are 8 golf courses within a 7 minute drive, and the beautiful beaches of both the Atlantic coast and Gulf coast are an easy 90 minute drive away. Just a 5 minute drive away is Lake Louisa State Park which offers nature trails, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, wildlife viewing and cycling - a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the theme parks and enjoy the beautiful wilderness of Florida.
