External Description
Villa Feraldi is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, among olive trees and woods, at an altitude of 450 m, just a few km from Pontassieve.
Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn, the property boasts a large terrace, equipped with dining tables, parasols and a swing, ideal for alfresco meals while admiring a wonderful landscape.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a fantastic pool (5 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m), open from 1 June to 15 September. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, an external shower, and a gazebo with two tables and chairs.
Within the garden there are also two barbecues, and an uncovered private parking for 6 cars.
Please note that the garden and the pool are shared with the owner who lives in the dependance next to the villa. The owner is always available in case of need, and guarantees maximum privacy, as she will use the pool only when guests are not around. Moreover inside the property there are some cats that belong to the owner.
Internal Description
Villa Feraldi is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 11 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is available only on the ground floor of the villa. All bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning, mosquito nets, and ensuite bathroom. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available upon request. Pets are allowed upon request.
Ground floor: The ground floor houses a spacious open-space living area, elegantly furnished with: sofa, armchairs, tv, desk, antique furniture, and wooden table for 4 people. Then there is a large kitchen, equipped with: dining table for 8 people, worktop, fireplace, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
Both the living room and the kitchen have direct access to the garden.
Also on this floor you will find a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), and a bathroom with shower (suitable for people with physical disabilities).
First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin), all with ensuite bathroom (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub).
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (100.00€); heating on consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
