VILLA DONNA - MARINA DI MODICA AREA
Villa Donna, a private villa with swimming pool, is located in the area of Marina di Modica, an area that has four blue flag beaches, just a few kilometres from baroque towns such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Noto. Surrounded by a luxurious garden, well-equipped terraces offering beautiful sea views, the villa is ideal for sea lovers and families with children.
The villa develops over three levels and is divided into two buildings, a main house and a smaller house, that overlook the swimming pool.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor we have the dining and living room area, modern kitchen, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower, laundry room and terrace.
On the first floor, we find another lounge area, one double bedroom with walk-in closet, one bathroom with shower and a veranda.
On the second floor, we have one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace.
SMALL HOUSE
This smaller house develops over two levels only. On the ground floor (accessible from the outside only) we find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one bedroom that can be a twin or a double also with en-suite bathroom with shower and the terrace.
On the first floor, we find a living area with dining room and kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower and a veranda.
Outside, the house offers extensive terraces equipped with comfortable furniture and table with chairs for al-fresco dining, a large private swimming pool (15x8m; 1.3 – 2.3m deep; open from April 1 – October 31; depuration: salt) surrounded by sun lounges and umbrellas. There is a fitness area and two bathrooms with shower.
