Escape to a haven of tranquility nestled in the picturesque Benissa hills, where the sun-kissed landscapes of Spain provide the perfect backdrop for a luxurious experience.
🌿 Introducing Oodles Retreat
Set on a sprawling private estate spanning over 13,000 sq meters, it’s almost like your own private resort with the comfort and feel of a luxury boutique hotel. Complete privacy behind an automatic wide gate with a sweeping drive leading you to plenty of parking at the rear.
The property is surrounded by lush mature Mediterranean gardens, a tranquil space where nature truly comes to life. Each space has been meticulously crafted to prioritize your comfort and that of your guests. The outside spaces are vast, with plenty of areas to sit, chat, relax and enjoy, your group will always have room to breathe and unwind without feeling crowded.
Cabana beds and sun beds are strategically placed around the terraces, complemented by grass umbrellas offering a touch of soothing shade. Our lagoon-style swimming pool, features a gently sloping entrance for easy access and the option to be heated during cooler seasons.
Living Area
The main entrance places you on the middle floor, where you enter into the spacious kitchen (60 square meters) with separate games rooms and open plan living area. Sliding glass doors connect the terraces to the living spaces office, dining room and three lounge areas. You can also choose from hundreds of international TV channels on our two 65” Smart TV’s.
Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with two full size fridges, one freezer, six-ring gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, two ovens, microwave oven, pots and pans, plates, silverware, juicer and various tea and coffee making facilities.
The dining area, is furnished with a spectacularly large hand made dining table that can be extended to seat up to 26 people.
From the living room, you can access one of the 11 bedrooms, there’s also a communal toilet near to the kitchen. Two grand staircases gives access to the lower and upper bedrooms.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are spacious with hot/cold air-conditioning, and central heating during the cooler months. All bedrooms feature fitted or stand alone wardrobes with drawers, bedside lights and full size mirror (Floor layout available on request).
Our versatile beds can be joined to form a super king-sized bed or separated into twin beds, offering flexibility for individual sleeping preferences. Beautiful sheets cool and crisp against your skin, and our duvets are light, providing just the right amount of warmth without being too heavy. Pillows are plump and soft, and you can't help but imagine sinking into them for a long and peaceful night's sleep.
The main house (Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) will accommodate 16 people. For groups exceeding 16, additional rooms 8,9,10, 11 can be added.
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 can accommodate 2 people in each room and enjoy En-suite Bathrooms.
Bedroom 5 and 6 are interconnecting and can accommodate 4 (includes 1 set of bunkbeds) with En-suite bathroom
Bedroom 7 has 2 sets of full size bunkbeds (Option to use the bathroom in Yoga Room)
Bedroom 8, 9 can accommodate 2 people in each room with en-suite bathrooms and private outdoor terraces
Bedroom 10 has an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 11 can accommodate 4 people with ensuite bathroom and lounge area
🎾 Recreational Bliss
On-site, you'll discover a private tennis court equipped with balls and rackets, a swimming pool (option to heat during the cooler months) with pool towels provided, table tennis, beach volleyball, pétanque, and a professional pool table. For those hosting retreats, a small well equipped gymnasium, an indoor yoga Shala with hot and cold air-con and all props mats, blocks, straps, cushions and bolsters are also included.
🌞 The Area: Miles and miles of sandy beaches to choose from, we’re just a 15 minute drive to El Portet, Moraira, Calpe and Benissa Costa. Benissa town is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. A little further up the coast is Javea and Denia. In all of these beautiful Spanish towns, you’ll find cobbled street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes and a good selection of boutique shops. There are 4 supermarkets in Benissa town and we also offer you our online shopping experience giving you the option to organise your groceries for delivery when you arrive.
🍽️ Culinary Delights: Self catering, fully catered or a mix of both. Our professional chefs are available to hire exclusively. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool side bbq, and you can even learn to cook paella. All dietary requirements are catered for.
🌊 Excursions to Enchant: Exploring the enchanting landscapes of Benissa and the broader Alicante region is a journey filled with awe and wonder. Wine tasting in Lliber, excursion to the historic town of Guadalest, among the Most Beautiful and visited Villages of Spain.

Filtered water is available in the kitchen. For those traveling with infants, our full range of infant equipment is available free of charge; travel cots, hi-chairs, changing mats, baby monitor, playpen with shade cover, rocking chair, baby baths, bottle warmer, sterilizer and 2 small guests beds are also available.

During the winter season pool heating is optional but recommended. Price per day is £50 (minimum 5 days).
Maid service is available, booking is essential £140 per day (maximum 6 hours).
