VILLA CHIARA - POZZALLO AREA
Newly built in 2020, villa Chiara is an independent private villa with pool near Pozzallo, an authentic Sicilian town with 4 Blue Flag beaches. From here you can visit the Unesco protected baroque towns of Noto, Scicli, Ragusa, Modica, Ispica and Syracuse. Within walking distance you can reach the sandy beach nearby, a more quiet one, and the larger sandy beach equipped with sun lounges at just 30 minutes walk distance. Within a short distance, you can find a choice of restaurants: 260m (also take away), pizzeria/café at 550m and more restaurants at 3 - 4km distance.
The villa is divided into two separate apartments, ideal for two families, with external stair access.
On the ground floor, we find the living area with seating for 6 people and kitchen. Here, there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. One separate bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is one additional double bedroom with independent external access and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have a living room with sofa and kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. A nice covered veranda furnished with white chairs and table.
All bedrooms except the single one (which is equipped with ceiling fan) are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside, we find the private swimming pool (8.6 x 3.6m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and a large covered terrace with wooden seating area and outdoor kitchen.
Facilities: air conditioning in all bedrooms except the single one, washing machine, dishwasher (outside kitchen), Wi-Fi Internet, oven, fridge, freezer, parking.
