The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 22 or outside, in the garden, on the balcony or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.
The villa has 16 comfortable bedrooms, 4 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including 5 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 including 3 single beds, 1 including 4 bunk beds and 9 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and 3 with a shower. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a washing machine, ironing equipment, a dryer, a desk, a jacuzzi, cleaning products, a fan and a vacuum cleaner.
Note that tourist tax is included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 400 euros to be paid on site. Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 15 euros per person to be paid on site. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed. Parties are allowed.
The owner lives near the property.
No festivities, no music or noise that might disturb the neighbours during the day, no noise after 10 pm. Parties can be accepted on request.
