On entrance to the villa you come through large wooden gates with a driveway, lined with various fruit trees such as lemon and orange , leading to the villa with extensive parking.

Ground Floor:

A Modern Living Room with 4 large French doors onto the paved terrace. A small dining room table with seating for four. Fireplace, DVD and CD player.

Large Dining Room with table with seating for 12, two French doors with views to the Mediterranean Sea and Vineyards. Fireplace.

A beautiful kitchen with all appliances such as Fridge, Freezer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Cooker and Hob. French doors exiting to the patio.

Master Bedroom Suite with an en-suite shower room. French doors opening to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Junior Bedroom Suite with en-suite bathroom. Doors onto rear patio.

Guest Shower Room can be found from the hallway.


Lower Ground Floor

Two further bedrooms; one single bedroom and the other a double bedroom with one having patio doors onto the lower terrace. An open plan Kitchen/Living Room with a fridge, dishwasher and a t.v/video player. Can be accessed externally.

Laundry room which houses the washing machine.


Towels and Linen are provided, but beach towels are not supplied.


Grounds

The grounds have been mainly paved and there is some extensive plantation. A South West Terrace, with areas partly shaded. A 10m x 5m kidney shaped private pool with lower level seating, sun loungers and a fridge. Large Barbeque is located on the terrace upstairs on the main entrance.
