The condo boasts a Master with Queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is designed with a Queen bed, en-suite bath with tub shower combo, flat screen TV.
From this quite 4th floor condo, enjoy a beverage on the patio or a quick walk to the community pool. Enjoy the walking and biking trails, spa, shops and many (8) great dining options within the resort area. Bike and golf cart rentals are available through Amelia Wheel's located close to the Spa at The Shops of Omni Amelia Island.

Please note, there is restricted access to the resort main hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service and Racquet Park which are available to Equity Club members only. We can gladly recommend alternatives and answer any questions you may have regarding amenities.

If dining in, the kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need for meal preparation. Convenient to the kitchen, guests can access the laundry room equipped with full-size washer/dryer.

When you are in the mood to dine out look no further and select one of the many (8) resort restaurants - rental guest friendly. Additionally, South-Island offers (7) Restaurants close by for your convenience.

Charming Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is 15 minutes away with its unique shopping and dining options as well.

Cleaning our properties

At Amelia Island Vacations we take the safety of our guest and staff very seriously all of our cleaning staff uses PPE when in the properties. We follow all the CDC recommend guidelines for our properties. For disinfection, we use EPA-registered disinfectants which we use to clean all electronics including our Key-less entry system and thermostats.

We have a laundry facility that we do all of our laundry in that comes with our 275 pound plus commercial washers and dryers are set up and controlled to wash laundry at approximately 160 degrees (vs the 110-120 degrees in the average washer) and a dryer at approximately 176 degrees (vs the 130-140 in an average dryer). Without getting overly scientific about it, our higher water and heat temperature increases the disinfection of germs leading to Covid-19. We clean and disinfect hampers or other carts for transporting laundry according to guidance above for hard or soft surfaces after each use.
