The private and fenced car park is accessed via an electric gate, the car park has a capacity of approximately 5 cars.

The large garden is approximately 4000m2, and is divided as follows: an area used as a lawn entirely fenced and equipped to entertain children, with a swing and trampoline of 4.50m in diameter, a large organic orchard and a part used as a vegetable garden , always organic, where you will be free to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables.

The circular swimming pool, 6m in diameter and 1.30m deep, is arranged on a raised structure with a wooden solarium. The entire perimeter of the solarium is fenced and equipped with an access gate.The filtration is sand and treated with salt, so it is not subject to the unpleasant effects of treatment with chlorine and other chemical products.
