WiFi, AC/Heat, full size W/D, tankless water heater (no cold showers), outdoor shower, charcoal grill, off-street parking for 3-4 cars. Outdoor storage shed with courtesy beach chairs, cooler, and beach cart. Towels and linens are not provided.
