Finca Cas Hereu, a former 17th century country estate, is located on the west coast of Mallorca in the municipality of Soller, in the heart of the Sierra Tramuntana, in the area of Sa Figuera, close to Port de Soller and just a 30-minute drive from Palma. In addition to numerous lounges, the property has six air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, its own chapel, an old, beautifully restored oil mill and other outbuildings.
Second floor:
Here there are three bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms (two beds are 150 cm x 200 cm and one is 160 cm x 200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (each 100 cm x 200) and en suite bathroom. This room has direct access to the garden and is handicapped accessible.
Second floor:
Here there are two bedrooms with a double bed and en suite bathroom. If the house is only booked with 5 bedrooms (price for 10 people), the first floor and the second floor with one bedroom are available to guests.
Outdoor area:
The property is surrounded by large orange groves and vineyards, and is lined with carob, fig and olive trees. The plot is 300,000 square meters and the finca has a living area of 1300 square meters. The house is equipped with all amenities, its surroundings with wonderful views are characterized by absolute peace and seclusion.
Pool:
10 m x 5 m, depth: 160 cm - 240 cm, stair access, fresh water and low chlorine cleaning.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: ( More information on tourist tax ).
