From here you reach the three bedrooms, as well as the laundry. On the first floor there is the kitchen and its bathroom, also complete with all the sanitary. The kitchen is the highest part of the structure, and from here you have access to the covered veranda, as well as to the relaxation area where a 6-seat Jacuzzi is installed. In addition, a second covered veranda is present, with sofas and armchairs for outdoor use, outdoor shower, barbecue and sink area. This outdoor area is reunited with the outdoor access to the property by a stone staircase, beautifully lit during the evening hours. All the interiors of the villa have an opening to the outside, bathrooms included. All the bedroom fixtures are equipped with shutters with doors to keep them dark during the hours of sunshine. The house has TV in the kitchen and living room, air conditioning in every bedroom and kitchen, wifi internet, barbecue, several parking spaces within the property, jacuzzi 6 seats exclusive use (ask info on the management of the pool and conditions), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. In summary, they can be hosted in ordinary conditions for up to 8 people.
