- There are no designated quiet hours. The City of Miami expects that tenants of any property respect their neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum 24 hours a day, particularly early morning and evening.

- Strictly NO street parking - you will get towed, they are towing every hour. 4 cars must be in the driveway.

The property has video surveillance cameras placed at the parking lot area, external front door area, and pool area strictly for protection against insurance and theft and is not being viewed or monitored and does have recording storage capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms and should you desire to have certain cameras disabled during your stay we can accept this upon request.

Security deposit is collected at least a day before check-in date. Credit card authorization form will be sent to you, and security deposit will be done as an authorization hold to your card. We will also require front and back copies of your valid ID and cc for verification purposes.
