This cottage is located only 200 steps from beaches, community pools, and pavilion; Frederica Cottage is an updated rental on St. Simons. You won’t find a beach home that follows the classic cottage style more than this! The front porch and garden make for a peaceful place for outdoor dining. Original oil paintings by local artist Tori Anderson through the along with much well thought out details add to the cottage character. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, and the second floor offers a king suite and loft with a twin plus trundle.

What’s nearby:
Only a short stroll from popular Coast Guard Beach, also find yourself in the heart of St. Simons activities. Enjoy Marsh kayaking or picnics at Neptune Park. There are several golf courses to choose from. If you seek arts and culture, find great nearby galleries and museums. Don’t forget about the many restaurants and shops too!

The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in.

Parking notes: Parking passes will be waiting inside the unit. Keep them displayed at all times. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked in the overflow lot, located at the grassy area along the East side of Wood Avenue and the grassy area along the north side of Clover Marsh Lane. Parking in the public overflow lot is not managed and is on a first come/first serve basis. Please do not park in spaces not assigned to your unit as neighbors are sensitive to this.

3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. An additional pool heat fee of USD40 per day must be paid prior to check-in.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
