The villa's four suites are furnished in such a way as to combine charm and elegance in a modern style, and have a queen-size bed with private bathroom.
On the other side of the property are 4 annex bedrooms, typical and traditional Moroccan with walls worked in Tadelakt, the headboards are hand carved and ceiling worked by Berber craftsmen that will immerse you in the atmosphere and magic of Marrakech. These 4 bedrooms also have a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom.
All toiletries and towels are provided.

In addition, the villa has an on-site catering service with typical Morocco dishes. 🍽Breakfast is 10€/person and will be served by our staff. The price is 25€ per person for lunch or 25€ for dinner (Moroccan starter/main course or main course/dessert). They are made to order in the morning for the evening and the day before for the next day at noon. If meals are eaten by adults, children under 5 years of age do not count. From 6 to 10 years count for half.

Meals are to be paid directly on site in € at the time of booking.

Guests will have access to the entire guest house with a maximum capacity of 22, we charge 25euros/night per additional person over 16. Additional beds are installed in the 8 bedrooms and the living room.
Traveler access
Very nice location in a very quiet and secure area away from any nuisance of the city a few minutes walk from the souks of Douar Coucou, 10 minutes from the famous Jamma el Fna square (by car) to visit the must-sees of the medina
(Mederasa Ben Youssef, the Secret Garden, Koutoubia, Bahia Palace, Dar Si Said Museum, The Saadian Tombs, Badii Palace...)
For a smoother arrival/departure, we can arrange your airport transfer for you with an approved transport company. This is a convenient service to facilitate arrivals and a way to ensure that you will be in safe hands.
Just give us your phone number and the time of the flight, and a driver will be waiting for you at the exit: from Marrakech airport, from 8am to 11pm the price is 30€ euros (1 to 7 people), from 11pm to 8am the price is 40€ euros (1 to 7 people)
Unlike taxis, it is a "door to door" service including the transport of your luggage from the drop-off location to the door of the guest house
Other remarks
🍽 A homemade Moroccan breakfast is 10€/person served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am
You can also have access to the traditional hammam with scrub and soaping at 35€
It is also possible to book massages at the villa at 40€/person (service provided by professional masseuses)
We provide wood to use the fireplace which is extra 20€/day, otherwise you can bring some with you.
A Moroccan cooking class can also be led over half a day at 40€ per person food included, reservation for minimum 4 people.
Daily cleaning of the common areas is offered at 20€/day, common areas + rooms at 30€/day
NB:
- Early check in and late check out are charged €150 each subject to acceptance depending on our internal organization.
Early check in: from 11 a.m.
Late check out: until 2 p.m
- All travelers and guests must check in with presentation of an identity document and completion of a police form according to Moroccan regulations
- tax of 3 € per person per night (2 € tourist tax and 1 euro tourist tax), payable at check-in /
- All extras are paid in cash only in € EUROS
- Regarding the internet connection, the WIFI only picks up in the common areas of the Villa (reception and lounge), it is not accessible in the rooms
- there is no TV in the bedrooms, only one TV is installed in the living room
- Regarding music, it is possible to play music in the outdoor areas until 11 p.m. for the neighborhood, then you can continue the festivities inside the villa without problem and without limitation, we have a JBL bluetooth speaker that we make available if needed
