Spacious holiday home with private pool and a large garden, located in the most tourist area of L'Escala, just 8 minutes (750 m) walking to the beach of Riells. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away (350 m).

Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, plus a toilet. A large dining room with access to the main terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room.
The house has a wonderful garden with private pool and porch -equipped with barbecue- where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
