A carefully restored ancient rural property that has been converted into a refined residence accommodating up to 24 people and a private swimming pool near Gallipoli, it is the perfect family holiday for anyone looking for sun, fun and culture.
On the ground floor of the main villa, there is a living room, dining area, kitchen (equipped with 3 fridges, a freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and 5 electric burners.), TV room (for 4 people), and 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bathroom with WC and washbasin.
The villa consists of several suites:
On the first floor, the first suite includes a living area with 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. The second is a 2-floor suite; on the first floor, there is a living area, 1 double bedroom with an ornamental fireplace and 1 bathroom with a shower. The second floor has a terrace which can be accessed from the exterior. On the ground floor, the third suite (access from exterior) contains a living room with a double sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom with a shower, bathtub and double basins. The first floor mezzanine has 1 double bedroom. The fourth suite has ground floor exterior access with a living area which has a double sofa-bed. There is also 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. The fifth suite has ground floor exterior access with a living area containing a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. The sixth suite consists of a living area with a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower, all on the ground floor. The final suite has a ground floor accessible from the exterior, with a living area containing a double sofa-bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower.
The exterior of the villa contains a Veranda, 150m² private terraces with dining areas, a 2000m² , Private Garden, Private Swimming Pool (7x14m; 0.55-1.60m deep) open from 01.04 to 31.10 with external shower and deckchairs, Solarium, Gym, 2 bathrooms (WC and bidet), Table, Lettini, Chairs and a Barbeque area.
Other services included are gas electricity and water consumption, Internet connection: Wi-Fi, gym room, cots: 2, table linen, bed linen (changed twice a week), daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool towels (changed weekly) and pool-side loungers, air-conditioning and heating, private parking inside the property, disabled access and disabled bathroom.
