The main house, guesthouse and separate apartment sit on a beautifully landscaped and walled 1 acre lot overlooking Guana Bay, St Barts, St Kitts and Nevis. The location is very quiet and private yet convenient to all 38 beaches of St Martin as well as the many wonderful restaurants and activities! The main house offers a large living area with flat screen tv and HDMI cable, lovely furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, all opening to a large covered lanai with several seating areas and an outdoor dining area. There is a large open terrace with a swimming pool, chaise lounges, and gas grill. Each of the three air conditioned bedrooms have king size beds, private bathrooms and each opens directly to the lanai and pool. A fourth bedroom is located in a separate newly constructed & air conditioned guest cottage (vrbo 317536) with living room, bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Additionally there is a separate newly renovated apartment (vrbo 489775) with living room, new kitchen and bath, air conditioned bedroom with king size bed and large closets plus a covered terrace. Beach towels, bath towels and bed linens are provided. General housekeeping services can be provided for an extra fee.

Car rental is suggested and can be easily arranged with airport pickup.

The main house, guest cottage and apartment each offer privacy and have separate designated parking spaces making this an ideal rental for small or large groups.
