The home also offers a canoe that is included in the rent and Misterhult's archipelago, as the archipelago outside Oskarshamn is called, is referred to as a mecca for paddlers with a crowded archipelago perfect for kayaking. Just 6 km away is Oskarshamn, where there are restaurants, shopping and a bathhouse, as well as grocery stores. On the entrance level is the kitchen, dining area, which is in an open floor plan adjacent to the living room. On the entrance level there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds, and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The large terrace goes around the house so you can enjoy the sun or the shade if you wish throughout the day. It is possible to charge an electric car by agreement with the owner.
