For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.
Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Carcavelos. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The fee is 2 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.
