Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room villa that measures 135 square meters. The villa was renovated in 2012 and boasts beautiful furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, and an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). There is also a shower and separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, you will find three rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and one room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). There is another shower and separate toilet on the upper floor.

During your vacation at La maison des Frères (Villa), you will have access to various amenities such as an electric heating system and underfloor heating to keep you comfortable. The villa offers a large terrace with a south-facing position, perfect for basking in the sun. Outdoor furniture, including a barbecue and six deck chairs, are provided for your enjoyment.
