The well-equipped kitchen will meet all your needs, with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, gas hobs, a coffee machine "Nespresso Magimix", a classic coffee maker, as well as a kettle and all the necessary cooking equipment. You will also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine. On the ground floor you will find three spacious bedrooms, one air-conditioned, comprising 1 double bed in 160. The other two non-air-conditioned rooms include a double bed in 140, as well as two single beds in 90. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a desk area with plenty of storage. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 air-conditioned and a mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed.The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and internet connection for your entertainment. The bright dining room offers a table for four people and direct access to the outside. Enjoy this outdoor area including the garden and pool (dimensions of the pool: 8m x 4m), a perfect place to relax after your days at the beach, in a green setting.
