The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a set of bunks and windows that look out over the property. The third bedroom features a Queen size bed surrounded by grey and yellow color tones. There is a conversion room through the laundry room with two sets of bunks.
One thing that sets this home apart from other luxury homes in Austin is the private studio with an attached game room bunk house. It’s complete with a living room, kitchen, sleeper sofa, and full bathroom. A concrete pathway leads from the main house to the pool area, and then to the studio. The second casita has two rooms with sliding glass doors overlooking spa and pool with a jack and jill shower bathroom.
