Beautifully furnished and decorated.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation!
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a 48 inch TV and his and her closet. The master bathroom is huge and just perfect. It has a big in walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, there are 2 sinks, a bathtub and a closed-in water closet.
Guest room I. has a queen size bed, a 46 inch TV, and 2 big closets. Guest room II. offers 2 twin beds, a 46 inch TV as well and a nice walk in closet. It also has a direct access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and is an ideal room for children to sleep and play in. There is even an exercise bike. The living room comes with a nice comfortable sofa and a 50 inch TV.
The kitchen is a beauty. With a 10 foot long counter, it makes for a great hang out place in the mornings and evenings. Of course, the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything you need.
Family fun can be found in the garage that has been converted to a game room. Hours of fun playing on the pool table. There is something for everyone at Villa Sofia.
The pool faces south so you will be able to enjoy the sun all day. Have beautiful dinners and breakfasts outside on the covered lanai, relax in our lounge chairs reading a book or just sunbathe, swim or play in the pool. fish from your dock….it really can't get much better. A baby safety fence for the pool when you are bringing along the little ones!
Relax riding your bicycles, paddling in your kayaks, or just playing pool on your very own pool table. Or just take an evening stroll through the beautiful neighborhood and just enjoy another day in Paradise.
Prepaid electricity is a separate fee and is included in your total reservation cost. You will see this as a separate line item on your reservation detail cost. Gross overages beyond $15 per day can be subject to additional utility fees to be charged to the guest. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
