Southern Comfort Villa is a tastefully furnished and designed seafront holiday home, situated in Sandbaai. The house offers spectacular sea views where guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Walker Bay. The property boats direct access to the cliff paths from where guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to Onrus or Sandbaai beaches.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is upstairs and contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with a lovely sea view. This room features a balcony with a sea view and is equipped with a TV. The second bedroom is upstairs and contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room features a garden and mountain view and is equipped with a TV.

The third bedroom is downstairs and contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room has direct access to the seaside garden and is equipped with a TV. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room is equipped with a TV, and has a garden view and access to the poolside garden.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and entertaining area. The kitchen is equipped with a gas and electric oven and stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an ice-machine, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and basic cleaning materials for convenience.

In addition, the house features selected DStv channels in all the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, books, toiletries, a fireplace, and outdoor and indoor dining, as well as outdoor braai facilities, a swimming pool, and a lovely private garden.

Guests have access to shaded parking and a double automated garage, and the house is secure with security beams.
