This spacious villa offers comfortable family holiday accommodation. Ideally situated on the close to the Vendee coast (15km) and local amenities. Set in a calm residential area on the Golf complex of Fontenelles, it has a private heated pool and enclosed garden. Cycle hire is available, bookable in advance. The pretty port of St. Gilles Croix de Vie is 15km away with its bars and restaurants. Bed linen and towels (non pool) are included in the weekly price as is free WIFI.

The Domaine is based around the Golf des Fontenelles. Activities available on site include; 18-hole golf course, driving range and putting green, tennis courts (fees apply), cycling (bike hire is available locally) and walking with links to quiet country lanes around the site, boules court - and peace and quiet!
On-site there's a restaurant offering fine dining which we can thoroughly recommend. The golf clubhouse has a bar for drinks and light snacks until early evening.
This peaceful rural location is only 10 minutes drive to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, which has a harbour, restaurants and shops and bustling daily markets. The Grande Plage at Saint-Gilles is the nearest beach - offering fine sand and safe bathing, just 15 mins drive away.
The region is bursting with things to do for the whole family. Sandy beaches and rocky coves extend up and down this coastline giving you lots of choice for your beach trip; water sports are also popular. Quiet country lanes and farm tracks around the site join a huge network of cycleways to explore the region, whether heading inland or out to the coast. Nearby lakes and reservoirs offer peaceful walks, fishing and water sports.
Horse riding, go-karting, quad biking are all available in close proximity plus numerous visitor attractions including a working windmill, chateaux, scented gardens, vineyards, butterfly farms, zoo, children's play parks, and tree top adventure trails.
You're spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants; whether you choose to stay on-site at the bar/bistro or restaurant, or take a short trip to the neighbouring village of Saint Reverend to the tiny pizzeria set in the grounds of the working windmill or venture to Saint-Gilles and its wide range of restaurants catering for all tastes.
