Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Other Things to Note:
For New Year's Eve and Carnival, we will include staff and provide breakfast everyday.
We can offer boat rides and other Concierge services as an extra.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 10 per day. Maximum time to enter is 9pm.
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
