The villa is staffed with a full-time butler that assists you with your luggage as soon as you arrive, he serves food during meal services, he can double up as a bartender in our gazebo lounge, & much more!

The rental also comes with a housekeeper so you can sit back and enjoy your stay.

Please note, If you select the all inclusive package the chef is included. If not the chef is an additional $135 per day. He can prepare up to three meals.

Our stunning complex is made up of three luxury townhomes and two studios. Each townhome has 2 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms and every studio has one bedroom. Eight comfortable bedrooms offer ideal accommodations for groups of friends and families up to sixteen in size. Every townhome and studio are connected with their own entrances. All of them feature modern amenities such as LED mood lighting, smart locks, private balconies, & more.

Our tropical pool oasis is perfect for lounging in the sun, taking a dip in the pool, and enjoying that cool island breeze.

The gazebo lounge is equipped w/ ambient mood lighting, bluetooth speaker, projector, a bar & more to create that perfect island vibe!

We are in between the heart of Montego Bay and Ocho Ríos! Depending on where you want to visit most excursions are within 45min-2hrs away. We recommend @Montegobay_getaway on insta for tours, boats, nightlife, and excursions. Mention Aurora suites sent you or book with them directly on “uniquetoursjamaica.com”

𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝?
Tipping is certainly allowed and is much appreciated by the staff as it is not included in the villa rate.
The recommended rate is a suggested rate given by the Tourist Board and is 15% of the cost of the villa rental in low season (May-Nov) and 10% of the
cost of the villa rental in high season (Dec-April)


-𝐖𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 $𝟓𝟎𝐮𝐬𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 $𝟏𝟓𝟎𝐮𝐬𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐂𝐑 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬!

-We are eco-friendly 🌎 and run on solar power. Therefore, we normally heat the jacuzzi from during the day. It is heated from 3pm-5pm and the heat lasts thru the night. The temperature can vary sometimes meaning some nights will be
warmer than others.

-We offer a laundry service. It is an additional $35 a load and we only wash during the daytime when there is sun. No washing takes place on cloudy overcast days.

--Absolutely, no smoking Is allowed Indoors. There will be a $300usd additional cleaning fee. If you need to smoke you may do so outdoors, but use an ashtray provided.

-Please do not vomit or defecate in the Pool/Jacuzzi. The clean up fee is $500usd and will be out-of-service for up to 3 days.

- The A/C’s have motion sensors they will turn on and off by themselves.

- Try not to lose our key. To replace It costs $100usd.

-Towels are refreshed every 3 days.

-After 12am please be mindful of your music In the gazebo/pool area.

-Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the property is not "child-proofed" so you must ensure your child's own safety.

- You are allowed visitors, however, a visitor day pass is $30usd. If they spend the night it is $100usd. You must submit a copy of their government issued ID.

- Any visitor that does not conduct themselves in accordance with property rules may be asked to leave.

-If you try to check-in with more guests or if we find more quests staying in the house than booked online then the booking will be cancelled. Please ensure the correct number of guests are on the booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.
