Description
Outlot 201 Guest Houses offer relaxing hill country views less than five minutes from Fredericksburg's historic Main Street. Nestled in a grove of trees, the guest houses are the perfect place to retreat in a refined, yet relaxed, setting.
Pfiester House at Outlot 201 features a comfy, king size pencil post bed with luxury linens and plenty of pillows. The bedroom is also equipped with a DOHM White Noise Machine, for those who are serious about their sleep! The adjacent bathroom is spacious and brightly lit, with a double vanity, beautiful soaking tub and spacious shower. The bathroom has a toilet closet, for additional privacy.
You’ll find the separate living area (with queen sleeper sofa) a comfortable place to relax, with a flat screen television and free flowing Wi-Fi. The area also includes a small dining table and well-equipped (armoire) butler's pantry, with a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and electric tea kettle, as well as a Bunn coffee maker to brew locally roasted coffees from our friends at Ranch Road Roasters.
Upon arrival, you're pantry will be stocked with homemade banana nut bread as well as yummy granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice and bottled water. You'll also find plenty of coffee and tea on hand.
Out the back door, you'll find a charming rock patio overlooking the pasture, with our horse and sheep grazing in the distance. The patio offers a relaxing outdoor shower and (easy to use) clean-burning firepit.
Pfiester House has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including Paya toiletries, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Beginning February 2020, we no longer allow children under age 15. We are not able to allow pets due to the livestock and other animals on the property. And lastly, Outlot 201 is a non-smoking property and we very much appreciate your support of our commitment to a smoke-free environment for our guests.
