Description
The villa has air-conditioning and is located in a small newbuild development of 16 units built around a shared swimming pool and gated parking area only 3 minutes walk from the centre of the historical village of La Garde Freinet on the Cote d'Azur region of Provence.
The location of the village is situated within good walking country which offers stunning views and easy access to hilltop villages and vinyards.Its location also offers easy access to weekly markets in other villages with Lorgues and Cotignac being approximately 30-40 minutes drive.Lastly the Gorges du Verdun with its azur blue waters and steep cliffs is a not to be missed experience.
The village has a good selection of cafes,bars,restaurants and shops,including two bakeries providing fresh bread and pastries twice a day.There is also a a twice weekly market selling a wide selection of local produce.
La Garde Freinet is located 20 kms from St Tropez and within an easy drive from Toulon/Hyere,Nice and Marseilles airports.
The nearest beach at Cogolin Plage is approximately a 20 minute drive and slightly longer to Pamplona beaches near St Tropez, Cigaro,Heraclee and Debarquement beaches near La Croix Valmer as well as a good selection along the Cote d'Azur.
The villa has a double bedroom with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom on the first floor with its own south west facing balcony.
On the ground floor there is a living/dining room and well equiped kitchen including electric hob and oven,washing machine,dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave oven
There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor,a double with twin beds with direct access to the garden and a small twin both with access to a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
The garden is very private and is approximately 100m2 in area with garden furniture,sun loungers,parasols and views towards the village.
The villa has a tv,video, dvd player and all linen,towels and beach towels are included in the price.Free Wi Fi available in nearby bars.French tv channels available.
