Enjoy being a 1 minute walk to a beach access, food, pharmacy, ice cream, liquor store, and more. We have lots of parking for vehicles and a boat with the nearest launch only a 2 minute drive away with parking for trailers. The cottage is equipped with coolers, chairs, and beach toys for your daily adventures. The property has a fully fenced yard to keep pets in. Yes that's right we allow animals:) We supply equipment for babies to eat, sleep, and hang. BBQ, Foosball, Netflix, games & toys to keep everyone laughing.

You have access to the whole house, just not the detached garage. We offer a self inflating queen bed as additional sleeping if needed. There is a tickle truck downstairs with all sorts of board games, toys, etc for kids to play with. Netflix is supplied on the TV, no cable. Bluetooth speakers up and downstairs for playing music. For pets you're welcome to use the dog bed and dishes.

We have a great view of Copper Island from the house, and lots of yard space for hanging out. The house has A/C plus several fans. In house laundry room available to use. Water is drinkable and tastes great, super clean! Upstairs bathroom has tub and downstairs is a stand up shower. Both very clean, with good water pressure.

Downtown Sorrento is a 3 minute walk up the street if you need groceries, gas, pharmacy, pizza, ice cream, Subway, you name it! The beach access is a 1 minute walk down the street and has a bathroom, grassy area with picnic tables, and beach front. You are welcome to use the Red Wagon for putting kids, or beach stuff in to bring to beach. We have food and drink coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys.

We've tried to make the house accommodating for families. Baby gear includes pack n'play, clip in booster seat, mobile baby seat, baby gate (to be used to block hallway to stairs, not stairway itself).
