The blue flag beach of Santa Barbara only a 4 min drive from the property which is located on the beautiful coastal stretch of Limassol.

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and wine cooler and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.



On the ground floor you’ll find an air-conditioned single room also providing convenience for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests. On the 1st floor there are 4 large air-conditioned rooms accommodating 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging. All bedrooms are en-suite and with access to a sea facing balcony.



For ease of use, the property also boasts an elevator which gives access to all floors of the property. In the basement area you will also have access to a professionally built sauna room to relax with your loved ones.
