We would love to invite you to stay at our Muskoka Cottage in Lantern Bay Resort.

On the Trent Severn Waterway and you can walk to the beach or pools.

Monthly stay of Minimum of 30 days or longer if you wish.

No internet at cottage .
Only at welcome centre and pool / picnic pavilion
Full kitchen facility to cook your own meals or BBQ outside.
2 private bedrooms.

Lots of closets and cabinets.

Good sized bathroom plus good water pressure .

Lots of windows and outdoor living space.
Home has a Queen bed & Bunk beds ( 1 double and a single bed).
Total 4 beds including a sofa sleeper (double bed )
Love-seat pull out couch with air mattress in the living room.
Air mattress is pug in self inflating at the push of the button.

Large deck view of the on the Trent seven river & Morrison Bay with direct access to all the Trent Severn lock system if your a boater.

Sliding patio doors to Deck.
Table seats 6 with large umbrella on your huge private deck outside. Private fire pit as well.

The cottage is private and self contained home.
So you do your own dishes and clean as needed during your stay.
As this is a 30 day rental.
Please bring your sheets and bedding.
All pots and dishes are here.

Hiking and bike trails. Very easy to social distance here. And at the cottage as it has lots of green space around it.
Dishes, kitchen stuff,board games and some movies for use just some items we supplied in case you have a rain day.
Bring your food, drinks, bathing suits, clothes, and beach blanket and relax.
PLEASE don't forget your sheets,blankets and towels. - We can not provide them with Covid 19 health and safety rules.

Located on Ferndale in resort and across from Gym and Laundry building.
Lots of families here so you can walk to the pool area or private beach to join the activities or stay around the cottage for some quiet time.
This outdoor paradise with use of the private beach,outdoor heated pools,playground,tennis,basket ball courts,fishing, swimming, kids club activities,fireworks,free to join all resort parties & use the canoes or paddle boats and all events provided by Lantern Bay.
Some covid 19 Rules apply.
You have to bring your own sheets and towels as well as necessities. And portable chairs and the resort may have no chairs around the pool with Covid 19 rules.

Also use of gym,laundry,bike and hike trails, fishing and daily programs for all. The park is private and beautiful way to spend time away.
Thus is a private rental so we will meet you at the resort for your 30 day stay.

You must check in at the office. Be honest about the number of people and vehicles as the Resort charges for more than 1 car. Max is 6 people. No more. Or you will be denied entry. Security is always there , even when you can not see them. It is a safe place for kids and all families. If something breaks you can call the office or just walk over. If you run out of propane the exchange is at the office as they air conditioner and furnace run on propane.
The resort staff will give you all the needed information on arrival The cottage location is Fernbrook #19.< information to the resort staff so if you are not 100% honest the Lantern bay resort may refuse entry. You can walk to everywhere in the resort park. Park is quite large with about 70 cottages. Pets allowed for a fee if 150.00 per 30 day stay. Pets must have shots up to date and be free of fleas. As a private cottage rental. everything is included in you price.Including the parking. Most places are charging HST and parking . So you save a few hundred renting with us. Resort open May 1- Oct 31 Safe drinking water as the resort has its own water purification system and sewers with UV bacterial clean system. Short drive to Gravenhurst , 30 minutes for groceries or to go on a river cruise, shop and be a tourist. Or stay at the resort and relax We do require a refundable damage deposit If nothing is stolen or broken we will give you your money back and most properties have this because it is a cottage we use and enjoy too. Please try to leave the place in good shape when you leave and your damage deposit will be refunded.
