This spacious holiday home in Arum is ideal for groups. It has a fenced terrace and garden with garden furniture to offer you some relaxing time outdoors. This spacious farmhouse is a cozy child-friendly group accommodation in Friesland, with lots of privacy. As a group you have access to 4 spacious apartments, a group room and a covered play area. This layout makes the Stolphuis particularly suitable as a group accommodation for a family weekend, a group of friends. Max. 27 people. When you book as a group, the apartments are used for sleeping. The living rooms have beds or a sofa bed. The sofa beds have good top-deck mattresses. Shower and toilet are available in the apartments. There are two one bedroom apartments upstairs. Total number of sleeping / living rooms is 10. The upstairs bedrooms are accessible via a staircase in the corresponding apartment. The apartments have their own entrance and terrace. The back door of each apartment opens onto the covered play area. Here is a table tennis table, table football, a shuffleboard, a dart board, a basketball net + balls, a puppet theater and a playhouse.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
