On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, ideal for peaceful nights. Upstairs, the villa has two further bedrooms: one with a 180 cm double bed, and the other designed to accommodate children or friends, with two single beds and two single bunk beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
The living space is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen and fittings designed with your comfort in mind.
Outside, you'll enjoy a large private garden of 44 m², perfect for relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine. A charcoal barbecue is available for convivial outdoor meals.
For added convenience, the villa has a private parking space and a garage, ideal for storing your bikes, beach gear and any other equipment you need for your stay.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 120 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
