This pleasant alm house is located in the middle of the forests, a short distance from the gondola of Sankt Oswald, in the beautiful skiing area of Bad Kleinkirchheim, which offers about 110 km in pistes. The skiing area of Bad Kleinkirchheim is the largest of Carinthia; here, you'll also find the beautiful Römerbad thermal baths. This authentic house features classic furnishings and has three double bedrooms. It features a bathroom and a sauna, wonderful if you come home after an active day. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden around the house, the children can play and enjoy themselves; there is a covered terrace where you can stay during the winter as well. You can park your car right outside. The skiing area and centre of Sankt Oswald are nearby. The centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim offers a few nice restaurants and the renowned Römerbad spa is just a few minutes by car away. Several hiking trails pass right in front of the door. Active nature lovers will enjoy the wonderful cycling and mountain biking trails as well as the endless opportunities for walking, and perhaps you'd like go out on the water? It's only a 15-minute car drive to the Millstättersee lake. Experience a lovely holiday in the sunniest part of Austria, Carinthia, and unwind in the area's beautiful mountains.
