The house was completely renovated and formed into a main house that includes communal areas (living room with fireplace, dining room, second living room with large windows and 270° view, kitchen with the necessary utensils, living room with library and office in the loft), two bedrooms with bathroom on the ground floor and a suite on the first floor (with extra large bed that can be converted into 2 single beds) with an unobstructed view of the sea. In addition, it has a guest house in an independent building (with extra large king size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds) and an independent apartment, at the pool level, which can also meet the needs of people with mobility difficulties (the king size bed can also be converted into 2 single beds).
