The Braunlage ski area is nearby, where you can go skiing and snowboarding. The town center and restaurants are 2 km. Supermarkets are 7 km away. Excursions to the caves in Rübeland, Rappbodetalsperre, the Blue Lake, Wernigerode, and Thale are much appreciated. In the open kitchen, you can prepare healthy breakfasts and lavish dinners. The wood-stove in the living/dining room creates a cozy atmosphere. There is a seating area with a barbecue behind the holiday home to enjoy your evenings. A children's bed and stair gate are installed for little guests.
