This old, lovingly restored property is a true cultural gem that exudes charm with its original 19th century architecture. It consists of two halves with separate entrances, which can be joined by a connecting door. This door can also be locked, making the house ideal for couples as well as smaller groups.
First floor:
The finca has a very cozy living room that is furnished in typical Mallorcan style. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. On this floor there is a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm and 150x190cm). One of the bedrooms has its own small terrace.
A connecting door leads to the second part of the house. There is a second, small living room with a sofa and TV as well as a dining room with a small, open kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms on this side of the house. One is furnished with a double bed (150x190cm), the other has a single bed (90x190cm).
Second floor:
On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed (180x190cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Outdoor area
In front of the house there is a large terrace with a barbecue area and a large dining table. There is a sunbathing area around the pool. Despite the neighboring houses, you can enjoy the tranquility of country life in this finca.
Pool:
4.30 x 2.50 m, depth: 150 cm, stair access, sun loungers, outdoor shower by the pool, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season and 5 nights in low season. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning included for stays of 15 days or more. The cleaning includes the bathrooms as well as a change of towels and bed linen.
