The grassed terrace which runs the full length of the rear of the property to the pool area is furnished with table and chairs, and is a wonderful spot for alfresco dining. Sitting on the terraced area or by the pool you have the most spectacular far reaching views over olive groves and vineyards.
Inside, both apartments have terracotta tiled floors and the typical Tuscan tiled and beamed ceilings throughout. The entrance to the first floor apartment opens into the spacious lounge / kitchen / diner, a short flight of six steps lead down into this airy room.
long the left hand wall is a fitted kitchenette with electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge freezer. In the center of the room is a wooden dining table and chairs, and on the opposite side of the room is a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa and TV with DVD player.
The villa's inviting pool is located in a sheltered area, surrounded on two sides by trees and hillside. The paved surround is furnished with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a lovely area to relax, overlooking the rolling Tuscan countryside.
