The living room, the kitchen, the dining room (about 70m2) and the master suite (25m2) with exposed beams, are located on the first floor and open onto a large terrace of 70M2 in IPE with a dominant view over the nature. Access to the beach of PEN GUEN is via a coastal path; it takes between 5 and 10 minutes depending on your pace . 4 rooms on the ground floor also open onto an Ipe terrace and give access to the swimming pool; the fifth room overlooks the fields. The swimming pool is heated all year round between 26 and 28°C; its access is entirely secured by a door with lock. A TV lounge with a 94cm LCD screen and comfortable sofas awaits you for moments of rest. A Nespresso machine is at your disposal. Wifi.
For weekend rentals only, arrival is on Friday from 4 pm and departure on Sunday until 5 pm.
