Ideally located in the sheltered south of Lanzarote, our beautiful villa welcomes you with your family or friends in Playa Blanca (up to 12 people) in a very quiet residential area, yet close to all amenities.
The house has just been renovated at the end of 2022 and offers 5 beautiful bedrooms each with brand new bedding and storage space, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, nicely decorated and spread over 200m2, on the ground floor and lower floor. The villa has fibre optic internet access, ideal for combining work and relaxation.
The open plan, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the bright living room which has large windows onto the tropical garden. To enjoy your meals, you can take advantage of the shade of our semi-enclosed veranda under the pergola that borders the pool. At the end of the day, relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the magnificent sunsets of Lanzarote.
Our south facing villa is unoverlooked and you can enjoy the newly renovated swimming pool, heated all year long for your pleasure, not to mention the relaxing beach for your relaxation!
You will be close to the seaside promenade of Playa Blanca where you will find many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
From the villa you are a 20 minute walk to Playa Dorada beach, a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Papagayo. The island of Lanzarote is quite small and you can easily visit all the best tourist spots while staying in the most pleasant and temperate part of the island all year round. There is only one season, the eternal spring, especially in Playa Blanca!
We are in a very quiet and residential area so we do not allow parties that cause excessive noise. We prefer guests who are respectful of their surroundings and our villa.
