In a quiet environment overlooking the Gulf of Valinco, this 120m2 villa located in the town of Olmeto offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

With a capacity of 6 people it is composed as follows:
An entrance,
A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with utility room,
A living area with lounge and dining table with sea view.
Three bedrooms with 160cm double bed, one with adjoining bathroom,
A second bathroom with WC
And a third independent WC.
Two beautiful terraces, one of which is downstairs with a heated swimming pool, garden furniture, barbecue dining table and deckchair, all overlooking the sea.

The house is fully air conditioned. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Household linen, end of stay cleaning and WiFi access are included.

We also offer an additional cot and high chair at a rate of 40 € per item and per stay.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. The minimum duration per stay is 7 days. For stays of less than a week and arrivals after 8pm contact us.
