The house spreads on 3 floors of 600 m2 inside space , consists of 3 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms...offers unforgettable holidays for everybody looking only for the best. The interior offers comfort and privacy for the most demanding guests. The entire villa is tastefully designed and furnished with modern and antique furnishings.
There is plenty space inside and outside, huge garden, couple beautiful terraces and lots of spots for hanging out with rest of the group or if you want to chill by yourself, you will find your quite corner.
Area, which is very peaceful and quiet, rare traffic around villa, from main road 900m( 0.5 miles- this part of road little bit narrow and curvy) far by car (couple minutes), by foot 500m (0.3miles) far, safe for children, privacy guaranteed, sea view from villa is breathtaking..
The property extends over three floors and includes 5 bedrooms ( previously 4 bedrooms ), 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms on each floor, indoor swimming pool ( heated ) 5X12m, and little outside pool for children. We can accommodate up 12 people, if small children in group than up to 13-14 people for no extra fee, more info on enquiry.
There is 600 m2 living area and more than 500m2 of outdoor space. Whole villa is renovated couple years ago and is furred with white stone.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and living room ( 1 big sofa ) with terrace ( sea view) . Each bedroom has satellite television, air conditioning and bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in wardrobe and large bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower tub. Second bedroom has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There is a living room with mini bar and big sofa bed , and exit to the balcony with sea view. Capacity on floor for 8 people.
On level (first floor) where is main entrance to villa there are:
a spacious living room giving on to both a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, BBQ and dining room. A large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space provides you with the ability to enjoy the breathtaking view . Spacious covered garage for 3 cars, there is additional parking but not covered.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (have double bed each, no view ) , living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Capacity for 4 people .
If you want to exercise little bit there are also fitness machines like treadmill, stationary bike...
On the ground floor there is also luxurious indoor swimming pool 5X12m , depth 1.45 (glass doors can be opened all around), which is perfect for kids, they are not exposed to sun, and no matter what weather you can swim and enjoy in the magnificent views of the sea, bay and sunsets. It is open from March until late November. The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi ( It's not hot tub ), two waterfalls, pool has access onto a large terrace for sunbathing. There is also sauna and fitness. Also, outside in the garden there is little pool for toddlers and small children, around 2 meters long, 1 meter wide, depth 20-50 cm, irregularr shape.
There are lots of stuff for kids to play in garden , there is also table soccer, rackets for badminton....
All around the villa are walls or trees so nobody can enter inside the property.
Below the villa on same property there is separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where owners live, owners come to villa only on guest request or to maintain swimming pool and garden if needed in agreement with guests, privacy guaranteed.
We provide towels for pool, baby cot, baby chair for eating, kitchens are fully equipped.
The surrounding garden area includes, in additional to a range of trees, plants and flowers, a variety of herbs, together with a spacious garage, plenty terraces , luxury designed villa, just some of the details provided by one of the most beautiful residences in the entire Dubrovnik region.
If you just want to enjoy and relax in our villa, all you need is to seat on one of plenty terraces and experience our wellness where you can enjoy in glorious views onto the pleasant terraced Mediterranean garden with the blue Adriatic Sea, the bay of Mlini, or if you decide to go sightseeing old city or surroundings its just 10-20min far. No matter what weather you can enjoy in our big indoor pool (heated).
We can offer you any kind of service for extra fee like transfers, chef, masseuses.... We can also offer our assistance to arrange trips, boat trips, suggest what is worth to see, it would be our pleasure to make your holiday even better.
We recommend rent a car or even better transfers as its usually cheaper . We are working with one driver couple years, he si very reliable, when you come we will give you our cellphone with Croatian number for no extra fee, so you can call us for any assistance if needed or a driver. All you need to do is call or text driver around 60 minutes before and he will pick you up. This option is often better and cheaper. Parking around Old City is expensive - around 7-10 euro per hour.
It is possible to organise events like wedding, birthdays ... it is suitable for around 30 - 40 people for dinner in garden. All additional info when enquiry is made.

Beaches, shops, grocery stores are around 5-6 minutes by car. In Mlini you have couple beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars, they are around 10-15 minutes far walking down, going back more because its uphill.
There is new shopping center opened near Mlini in Srebreno 7-8 minutes far from villa by car. There are plenty shops like H&M, New Yorker, Sport Vision, Mass, Tom Tailor, Magic Baby , DM, Muller ,Sushi bar and plenty more, there is also huge supermarket and restaurants.
Mlini a historical location in the Dubrovnik area, situated along the banks of the River Zavrelje. It is located in Zupa Dubrovačka with its rich Mediterranean vegetation, only 8 kms from Dubrovnik. There are wonderful walks among the parks of pine and other Adriatic trees and through the rich historical and cultural heritage, including the historic churches of St. Duh and St. Roch. Some of the trump cards making Mlini the pearl of the Dubrovnik Riviera is the natural beauty of the historical Spilan mountain, the incredibly clear blue sea and the gentle, beautiful beaches with their backdrop of trees, beautiful villas and churches and mountains.
