The backyard includes a spacious deck that exits to a scenic backyard with FIRE PIT. Available to you is a stackable washer and drier. In Winter a magical Winter Wonderland and extend your holiday's sparkling winter scenes and sports. Ski Resort just 2 miles away from Skiing, tubbing, sledding, and ice skating and enjoy the town with the highest elevation east of the east coast, restaurants and brewery. Ski Beech Resort just 2 miles away from the Beech Mountain home that is surrounded with wintery scenes, wild life and bird watching. Both bathrooms and kitchen are newly renovated, a Great Room for family gatherings,dining and warming up around the wood burning fireplace. You must supply your own wood. The home has a great room for family gatherings with large flat screen TV above a wood burning fireplace. A spacious Master Bedroom with a new King size bed, 32 inch TV, a walking closet. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and spacious closet, shares a bathroom with a third bedroom just down the hall, that has two twin beds and large closet . The service of Wi fi and cable throughout the house. The dining area has a large table for family meals. The property is close to main road and easy access to the home's front door. The home has great natural light with surrounding sliding doors that provide enjoyment of surrounding nature scenes, for all seasons. Conveniently located just two miles to Ski Beech and 2 miles to Buckeye Park. The home has Wi Fi, Cable TV, and local telephone. It is heated throughout the house. Enjoy a stroll of the area and catch nature at its best. This animal sanctuary allows you to view songbirds, deer, turkeys, and more. No Hunting is Allowed on the mountain. The house is bright and very inviting, you and your guest will want to stay. Summer activities includes, white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, swimming in a heated pool, gym, tennis, concerts, shopping, wineries, and taking in the mountain sceneries. Fall will add the breathtaking views of the sounds and spectacular colors of the season. Beech Mountain is awarded Tree City and it invites photographers, bird watchers and Naturalist to take it all in. Winter turns Beech Mountain into a Winter Wonder Land. With winter sports on the mountain just two miles away from the house. An AWD or Chains on your vehicle are required for those snowy days. The roads are perfectly safe and the Town of Beech Mountain tries to maintain the roads, clear of snow. Other near by attractions that are just twenty to thirty minutes away are Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Banner Elk Valle Cruisis,and Boone.
