Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

One of the main attractions in Búzios are its picturesque beaches. There are more than 20 stunning beaches to choose from, each offering its own unique characteristics. Whether you're a sunbather looking for a peaceful spot, a surfer seeking some waves, or a snorkeler wanting to explore marine life, there is a beach in Búzios to suit your needs. Some of the most popular beaches include Geribá, Ferradura, João Fernandes, and Azeda.
Getting Around:
You can arrive by car, taxi and also directly by helicopter or private plane, as the house offers Helipad.
If you prefer, we can hire personalized transportation services like executive car, van and others to provide you the best experience possible.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 8 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
