Beautiful villa with private swimming pool, located a few steps from the wonderful beach of Torre Lapillo in the Bacino Grande area, our villa has been recently renovated and furnished with a modern style characterized by the use of light materials and colors that give all the rooms that freshness and brightness typical of a comfortable and welcoming beach house.

It is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a quiet stay close to the sea without giving up the comforts of a new and modern home.

Composition (all on one floor):
The villa consists of a large and bright air-conditioned living area furnished with sofa, dining table, TV, kitchenette, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave oven, pots and pans.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 twin with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms with shower.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Only the three double bedrooms also have TV in the room and direct access to the garden.

Exteriors:
Garden furnished with outdoor furniture, sofas, table and chairs; 3x6m swimming pool for exclusive use and comfortable deckchairs.
External laundry area with sink. Stone barbecue and outdoor showers.

Equipment:
The villa is equipped with an internal parking area, Wifi, mosquito nets, air conditioning in all bedrooms, American coffee machine, espresso machine, moka, TV, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, blender, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner.
Beach reachable on foot (approximately 300m).

Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, Wifi internet, final cleaning.

Extra costs remain to be paid on request:
-Midweek cleaning services at a cost of 15eur per hour, linen changes at a cost of 20eur per person.

-Pets allowed with a supplement of 50eur per pet/week.
-Upon arrival, as per current legislation, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax.
-Security deposit 500eur must be paid upon arrival.

The minimum stay is 7 nights but in the low season are also allowed stays of only 3 or 4 nights.
