Manakin Villa is one of the highest villas in a private, gated community. This 5000 square foot contemporary tropical building has 8 bedrooms with 9 baths distributed throughout four terraced levels, and can host up to 18 people comfortably. Excellent Option for Large Groups Where You will have and experience an amazing and fun time with Friends and Family. Beautiful Bird sounds by the morning and the Tropical warm will make You enjoy a very memorable Vacation and relaxing time.
The main house of Manakin Villa consists of a spacious living, dining and kitchen area all of which connect to the huge sundeck and refreshing ocean view swimming pool. The large picture windows in the main home allows for ample sunlight and feels very tropical. Equipped with wireless internet and all of the kitchen amenities you may need are provided. Watch the monkeys on the sundeck, or enjoy a delicious BBQ while watching the stunning Costa Rica sunset.
Upon entrance through the front doors, guests are greeted with a spectacular view of the Ocean and a great sense of openness with the main living area, kitchen and dining room which are all centrally located around an inviting swimming pool and deck with views of the rainforest and coastline below. This villa on our hilltop estate, the ocean views from this vantage point gaze upon the miles of untouched crescent-shaped coastline to the north of Quepos. Large picture windows and sliding glass doors create a bright and airy ambiance and allow guests to truly enjoy the surrounding nature. A large furnished western style kitchen is complete with all the modern appliances and amenities you will need.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, two of which overlook the luscious rainforest and beautiful ocean. Each bedroom features air conditioning as well as its own private bathroom. There are two queen and one king sized bed. A lovely open air terrace connects the three upstairs bedrooms and provides delightful ocean breezes.
Below the main house is a separate 2 bedroom Unit which hosts the 4th and 5th bedrooms featuring 1 queen bed, 1 Single bed, 1 Bathroom and Balcony on the room above and 1 Double Bed, 1 Single, 1 Bathroom and Balcony on the Room Bellow. Guests can sit back and enjoy the views in the spacious living area.
The 6th bedroom in Manakin Villa is located above the carport and has a Queen sized bed, private bathroom and its own private balcony with gorgeous views. Below the carport is the 7th bedroom which has a queen sized and a Individual Bed, private bathroom, and rainforest views. An 8th bedroom is a queen size bed, 2 Individual Beds, private bath and balcony.
NOTE : The Main Living Area is Located on the First Floor which is Super Easy access but in order to access the rooms there is stairs this is the reason of We always recommend to Assist Elders and take this in to account if You have Small Kids.

Our Villa also Have access to The Refreshing EL Salto Waterfall. You can access thru the Property and do some hiking while You Get to this Beautiful Waterfall ( In Dry season the Water Level Gets Low so Ask our Concierge before Going)
