Chalet Rosière is a stylish, comfortable chalet located within a small, exclusive development in Samoëns, in the heart of the French Alps. New to the market and offering beautiful views over the meadows and mountains of this alpine resort, Chalet Rosière makes the perfect base for your holiday.

The property:
The property has two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and one with an adjoining bathroom. The property also has a spacious mezzanine loft room which can accommodate two more guests. Chalet Rosière has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, and offers a wood-burning fire, free WiFi, TV and games for cosy evenings. The property is also equipped with a brand new large boot room and equipment storage facility including a ski boot warmer, so that you can dry wet ski gear and store skis in the winter, or bikes and other sports equipment in the summer. A raclette machine is provided within the chalet too.


The area:
Samoëns is a beautiful village only an hour away from Geneva, making it a perfect location for short or long holidays. The village is a traditional French alpine village, with numerous shops, restaurants and facilities. Part of the Grand Massif ski area with new lifts added this season, there is a wealth of downhill and nordic skiing on your doorstep. In the summer months, Samoëns offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including cycling, white-water rafting and hiking.

The chalet is a short walk from the village and its amenities, including ski bus. The Grand Massif Express gondola (gateway to the entire Grand Massif ski area) is less than 5 minutes away from the chalet, making catching the first lift of the day a breeze!
